Cyber.bet gaming

Get To Know This Esports Specialist Site

JustGamers reviews the esports site – how good are the Cybet.bet odds? What else do they offer? Find out here!

If you haven’t heard of Cybet.bet, it’s no surprise, as Cyber.bet gaming only started late in 2018. It’s also a site that restricts UK and U.S.A. access. But it’s always worth looking at interesting new sites even if you can’t get access yet… because things can and will change!

Cyber.bet is definitely worth looking at, one of a new breed of sites that specialises exclusively in the exciting world of eSports. It’s a site known and branded as Cyber.bet, but its web address and company name in all the small print is mycyber.bet.

We’ll be taking an in-depth look at every aspect of the Cyber.bet gaming experience, rating this newbie site on every aspect we think makes a great site; getting your Cyber bet login, what the Cyber.bet odds are like, how good customer service is, and so much more! Want to know whether this is an eSports site for your betting? Read on!

Cyber.bet gaming doesn’t go out of its way

No generous welcome offers to new players

When it comes to a welcome bonus at Cyber.bet gaming, there’s really not that much to get excited about, or at least not when we looked for this review. All we found on using our Cyber bet login was a rather disappointing Deposit Boost bonus offer.

You get a 10% deposit bonus on top of any first deposit of €30-200 (or equivalent). But that deposit plus the 10% bonus needs to be turned over at least once at odds of 1/2 (1.50) or more. Frankly, for a new operator, we expected so much more.

In the Bonus terms there’s an indication that they sometimes offer more, including a welcome free bet to match your first deposit up to €500. It’s got to be used within 14 days on bets of esports odds of 1/2 (1.50) or more and winnings are only available after placing more bets totalling five times the free bet amount.

Cyber.bet gaming is a dedicated esports betting site – they’ve got all your esports covered!

Since you know that Cyber.bet is a dedicated esports betting site, it shouldn’t be any surprise that they do exceptionally well with their esports offer! There’s plenty to satisfy your esports betting needs, with Cyber.bet CSGO leading the offer, but you’ll also find plenty of Cyber.bet Dota2, plus League of Legends, Overwatch, Call of Duty, Hearthstone, and StarCraft II.

Just grab your Cyber bet login and you’ll have plenty of markets, both matches and tournaments, all simply and easily (although it has to be said, not too stylishly) laid out for you.

The Cybet.bet odds are what we would describe as average and better, with some real good opportunities for excellent Cybet.bet odds if you look around the various betting markets. Here you’ll find mostly a chance for match winner, map winners, map handicap, kills in the big CS:GO and Dota2 games, with often up to 10+ markets. When it comes to less popular games, such as SCII, you’re merely given the option of match betting.

But overall, given Cyber.bet gaming is all about esports, it definitely does what it’s meant to do!

What about Cyber.bet casino offers?

As you’d expect from an esports specialist site, Cyber.bet gaming has nothing to offer casino fans!

Very simply, there’s no casino offer at all here at Cyber.bet, no slot gaming, no table games, no live casino. But that’s not necessarily something you should hold against them.

After all, the Cyber.bet gaming experience is all about esports, esports, and nothing but esports.

They were never going to be set up to offer casino games and we don’t really think it’s something you can really criticise for this esports specialist gaming site.

Cyber.bet - No Poker Offer so far

Cybet.bet gaming is all about esports, so there’s nothing here for you Poker players!

Just as with the casino offer, Cyber.bet gaming is not going to be somewhere for you if you like the action on the poker tables as opposed to the betting action on the new and exciting world of esports such as CS:GO or League of Legends.

So there are no poker options here at Cyber.bet, but when you’re looking at a site set up as an exclusive and specialist esports online betting site, that’s surely no surprise!

Your Cyber.bet gaming?

Just doesn’t have enough live betting available

We love live betting and we know you love it too. And at first glance, Cybet.bet just doesn’t offer live betting on esports at all. We were expecting to see a dedicated live betting option on the main tabs on the site but there’s nothing there.

However, when you go into each esport, you’ll see that the first ones listed are those in play. It’s not too obvious and it’s something we’d like to see given its own section soon. Another problem is that there’s just not enough live betting on offer here compared to the number of games and matches Cybet.bet offers.

As for streaming at Cyber.bet, there’s a fair number of embedded Twitch streams to be found at the site, meaning you get a real-time look at the games you’re looking to bet on.

Cyber.bet gaming all licensed and regulated

Through Curacao

This is one area where it’s essential the site gets it right, because when you’re passing over both your personal and financial details you have got to be sure it’s all safe and secure!

The Cyber.bet and mycyber.bet brand is owned and operated by Ice Gaming N.V. and online since late 2018.

Right now it’s not a site available from the UK so there’s no UK Gambling Commission licence. However, in those countries where Cybet.bet is available, you’re protected by government of Curacao gambling licence.

This has long been a big player in online betting due to the country’s relaxed gambling tax regulations. For this reason, a Curacao licence, although legitimate, doesn’t have quite the same weight as something like the UK Gambling Commission licence.

We’d also like to have seen a lot more information on the site about their security. Yes, they have https pages, but a dedicated security information page would have been good to see.

Bad news if you’re after comprehensive customer support after your Cyber bet login

Basic customer service!

What do we want? Excellent customer service through live chat, phone, email and more!

When do we want it? 24/7!

What do we get when it comes to Cyber.bet… not all that much.

There’s an email option, but that took a while to be answered, with overnight seeming to be about the average. There’s no telephone option here, and although there is a live chat option, it’s only available from 11am-11pm (UTC+3) and can take too long to answer.

And when it comes to a FAQ / help section all you get is a pretty terrible pdf page. Seriously, in this day and age, we expect to see a searchable and in-depth FAQ section.

Lots of choice at Cyber.bet gaming for payment

Missing the ones you want!

Well firstly, whatever payment method you can make use of depends a lot on your region. But when we looked at the generic site without logging in, all we could see available was Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards, Qiwi, Yandex Money, Jeton, and Webmoney, which are four of the lesser-known e-wallets available so far.

Once we logged in to test the system, we found a few more options available, including bank transfers and the AdvCash and Alfa-Click e-wallets. But no obviously signs anywhere of the e-wallets you might actually want use, such as PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, or the great prepaid paysafecard.

The good news, however, is that everything but bank transfers not only have no fees and but very low minimum deposits (5.00) and withdrawals (20.00).

Want Cyber.bet odds for betting on the go?

It’s mobile browser only!

Sadly, it’s another disappointment for us with Cyber.bet when it comes to looking at getting our esports gaming on the go.

Yes, you can get to the site through your mobile and tablet simply by heading to the Cyber.bet website at mycyber.bet, where you’ll find a stripped back, mobile-optimised version of the main site, with full functionality.

But in these mobile and modern times, we’d really expect to see them offer a Cyber.bet mobile appropriate on Android and iOS to really make mobile gaming work at its best. Who knows, it might be something they’re looking at in the future, but would have been good to have it at launch.

Cybet.bet gaming does esports and nothing else

Not much extra on offer!

Not all that much extra going on at Cyber.bet aside from the basic esports betting options here.

Although we did like the results tab for recent esports matches going back several months as part of the main part of the site, alongside the match and tournament tabs.

However, it would have been even more useful to have even more on this, maybe make it searchable and have the option to view team stats, player stats, things like that. But, these things might well come along as the site develops.

CONCLUSION

Great range of eSports and markets

Cyber.bet gaming certainly isn’t the pace for you to go for a full service betting and gaming experience. But, if you’re looking for a good new site for all of your eSports betting, Cyber.bet certainly offers you a really great range of eSports and markets, along with good Cyber.bet odds.

Unfortunately, at this early stage in its development, there’s just too much wrong with it to really give it a recommendation. There are issues with customer support, a lack of mainstream e-wallet payment methods, restrictions for access to UK eSports bettors, a complete lack of mobile apps, and a pretty poor welcome bonus offer. However, if all you want is a specialist eSports site with no bells and whistles, you might find that Cyber bet login a good thing!
