Now, as with any bonus deal at any sports or Esports betting sites, there are conditions attached. So far, so good. But now comes the problematic part for us – the wagering requirements. But where it goes a bit wrong with Luckbox is that you need to wager any welcome bonus 10x before the bonus or any winnings from it can be withdrawn. And that means you’ll need to wager EUR 1,000 if you’ve claimed the maximum bonus of EUR 100. For us, that wagering requirement of 10x is just too large which is why we can’t score them too high for their welcome bonus in our Luckbox review.

Customer support might not seem all that important for you when you look at Esports betting. When we look at customer support, we want 24/7 support, multiple ways to get in touch, and a great help section.

Sadly, Luckbox really falls down on customer support. No phone support, no live chat – all it offers you is an email option. Responses for that are decent though, they state they attempt to respond within 24 hours, but in our testing we found that time was a more pleasing couple of hours or less during the working day. And when it comes to the help pages at Luckbox, things don’t get much better either. The help pages were… well, not all that helpful really, with only a limited selection of pages to look at to attempt to find any answers you were looking for.
