As Street Fighter 6 is in development, rumors have it that the game will be developed using CAPCOM’s Reach for the Moon Engine or RE Engine, used for previous hit titles such as Resident Evil 2 remake, Resident Evil 3 remake, and Resident Evil Village.

Additionally, from the short teaser trailer alone, the game shows many graphical and detailed improvements compared to its fifth installment. With high texture graphics, skin textures, sweat, steam, and muscle tension similar to another title in the genre, Mortal Kombat 11.
