Cardano-based Non-Fungible Token (NFT) solutions provider EGO.com has recently made headlines within the NFT space. Due to EGO.com’s potential to transform the trajectory of modern art through NFTs, the company’s private sale, which has been ongoing since May 25, has attracted a record number of investors. The sale is scheduled to run until June 15.

The project claims to facilitate a “Digital Renaissance in art” via NFTs. Despite the market being dominated by “bearish” outlooks, the project garnered substantial investor interest.

As a decentralized creative ecosystem for artists and collectors, EGO.com is quickly attracting interest from institutional investors in the Cardano ecosystem. Through its use of the NFT technology, EGO.com has positioned itself to play a central role in helping the transition of the NFT market from “JPEGs with bragging rights” to a “Digital Renaissance” in art.

A strategic partnership between EGO.com and the Cardano-based exchange ADAX was established earlier. Stakeholders of ADAX have 24-hour priority access to an EGO.com public sale scheduled for June 16 on ADAX. Based on early private sale data, projections suggest significant investor interest, indicating a significantly oversubscribed first round.

Through the platform, artists can demonstrate their talents by minting NFTs of their artwork. Collectors can obtain rewards by staking their Cardano-based NFT collections. Investors can protect themselves against short-term price changes.

CNFT Awards: Celebrate the most iconic NFT Projects built on the Cardano blockchain

Earlier this year, Cardano’s official commercial arm, EMURGO, and NFT-MAKER, a leading platform for NFT interactions on Cardano, presented the CNFT Awards 2022, an event that highlighted and honored the most iconic NFT projects running on the Cardano blockchain.

EMURGO, IOHK, CNFT.IO, Artano, GeroWallet, Tokhun, Budja.io, Genesis House, and pool.pm were among the major stakeholders who supported the first installment of the annual show that was conducted online via YouTube on February 19.

The CNFT Awards show celebrates some of the most iconic and popular NFT projects running on the Cardano blockchain. Participants of the CNFT Awards compete in over nine categories.

The CNFT Awards will continue to be a people-driven project for the community and by the community, incorporating community voting for all finalists and an impartial jury consisting of influential stakeholders from within the community responsible for the shortlisting. In the coming years, voting will be implemented and verified directly on the blockchain.

“As the official commercial arm of Cardano and one of its founding entities, EMURGO is excited to support the cultivation of Cardano’s global NFT community and drive awareness of the community’s creative talents. NFTs have rapidly gained traction among artists and musicians by providing self-empowerment opportunities that are innovative and disruptive,” said EMURGO CEO Ken Kodama.

“Cardano’s overall goal to make the world a better place by allowing individuals to openly transact and self-govern in a decentralized manner through the use of Cardano’s peer-reviewed and environmentally-friendly blockchain technology aligns with the beneficial properties of NFTs.”

NFT-MAKER CEO Patrick Tobler added that “our aim is to ensure that success and achievement in our community is celebrated globally. We want to create visibility for those who have created so many mind-blowing assets for the CNFT community and this is our way of giving back to them and building them the stage they deserve”.
